Position Overview
Peripheral Vascular Territory Manager – OBL/ASC is responsible for driving revenue growth, new account acquisition, and product utilization for Verge Medical’s peripheral vascular portfolio, including RoVo and Wavella, within office-based laboratories (OBLs) and ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs). This is a direct sales and clinical support role responsible for developing physician relationships, supporting procedures, converting competitive accounts, and expanding utilization within an assigned geographic territory.

Essential Job Functions
- Build relationships with physicians, surgeons, and clinic administrators
- Conduct sales calls to promote and sell RoVo, Wavella, and other Verge Medical solutions to existing and prospective customers
- Develop and execute a territory business plan and accurately forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly sales revenue
- Identify, qualify, and close new accounts; expand utilization within existing accounts; and execute against established sales plans and objectives
- Achieve or exceed assigned revenue, growth, and product utilization targets
- Provide information and feedback on industry activities, changes in markets, competitors and pricing
- Communicate with internal departments at Verge (i.e. Marketing, R&D, Operations)
- Coordinate physician activities and support Verge Medical at assigned conferences, meetings, and educational events
- Educate and train customers on the safe and effective use of Verge Medical products
- Provide on-site procedural support and case coverage to ensure safe and effective product utilization
- Complete required administrative activities (e.g., training, expense reports, inventory tracking, and sales forecasting) in an accurate and timely manner
- Participate in sales training as required
Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent relevant experience
- 3+ years of medical device sales, clinical, or related experience; experience in peripheral vascular, thrombectomy, venous therapies, interventional radiology, vascular surgery, or OBL/ASC settings strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of office-based laboratory and ambulatory surgery center environments, including operational dynamics, purchasing processes, and procedural economics
- Demonstrated ability to develop new accounts, convert competitive business, and grow utilization within existing accounts
- Knowledge of OBL/ASC reimbursement and procedural economics preferred
- Good interpersonal skills to align and foster positive working relationships across the organization (internal and external)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to travel approximately 50% or more within the assigned geographic area
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
- Operate as a team and/or independently while demonstrating flexibility to changing requirements
Salary Range
Salary range (USD): $100,000 – $130,000
In addition to Base Salary, this position is eligible for a Sales Incentive Plan (SIP), which provides the opportunity to earn significant incentive compensation for achieving or exceeding your goals.
